Gary Harle
Managing Director and founder of Victory Mortgages. Gary has over 22 years experience in the finance industry including 17 years with the Commonwealth Bank. After leaving the Bank in 2004 Gary became a Director and 50% owner of Castle Funding Pty Ltd a well known Perth Commercial Finance Brokerage. From 2004 to 2008 Castle Funding was one of the most successful brokerages in Perth with over 15 contracted finance brokers helping their clients under Gary's management and guidance. In 2008 Gary decided to establish Victory Mortgages in order to focus more on his growing client base and to provide a more hands on approach to their funding needs. Gary's qualifications are listed below:-
- Bachelor's degree in Economics from UWA;
- Omega Performance and FAST Financial Statement Analysis;
- CAL Commercial Analysis for Lenders;
- Securities Institute - Derivates;
- Charles Sturt University qualification in Business Banking Research and Industry Chain Research;
- Monash Mt Eliza Business School - Management Development Program.
- Certificate IV in Mortgages Lending;
- Anti Money Laundering Qualification; and
- Extraordinary Sales Leadership 2000+
Joe Pino
Joe has a small business background where he owned and operated his own consultancy business within the Automotive Engineering and Electronics industry. One of his roles was to train teachers and students. He also held a managerial position at TAFE College. With over 20 years experience in small business Joe understands the requirements and challengers that small business owners go through.
In 2005 Joe became a Commercial & Residential Finance Broker, Joe has achieved his diploma in Financial Services and Certificate IV in mortgage lending. He is a member of the MFAA, Australian Finance Group, and the Credit Ombudsman Services. Joe is very passionate about the finance industry, and provides first class service to his clients. Joe ensures that the lending process is easy and pleasant, making sure all the gathering of information, searching the right product, is suitable to the client, and dealing direct with the lenders. Joe's integrity, loyalty and hard work has gained him respect not only from his clients but also his industry peers and lenders.
Bronwyn Domenech
Bronwyn manages our broker support department which handles all aspects of the lending process for our clients. This includes all compliance requirements under the NCCP act. Bronwyn joined Victory Mortgages in 2009 and holds a Certificate IV in Mortgage Lending and has over 6 years of Finance Broking experience.
